80th Birthday

Hi there,
Today I had to design a card for my brother-in-laws uncle. My dear sister called and said she needed a card for an 80th birthday but she wanted an image of an old man bowling with a zimmer frame!!
What a tall order! "You can do it" she said "i'm not worried!!!"
So I got scribbling and played around for ages until I got this image. Any way I sent it off to her so hope she likes it cos i'm not going to make it again. HE HE!
What do you think?

A Card for a friend

Hi,
Just thought I would post this card that I made for a friend's birthday this week. The pink backing paper is from a 6x6 pack -My Minds Eye. Cuttlebug Butterfly embossing folder, Stamping up spine punch, sentiment is from a very old Do Craft stamp. The Magnolia had an apron full of Hearts so I punched some flowers and stuck them on top. She was also coloured with pencils and blended with odourless spirit. Hope my friend liked it.

Valentines

Hello there,
Just thought I would show you a card I made for Do It With Digi's the Digi Divas Challenge for February - Valentines.

The image is a digital from Mo Mannings and is coloured with Promarkers and the Sentiment is one of Lynne's from - Sentiments For You. I cut a strip of card around the printed sentiment and trimmed off triangles to look like a tag, then made another one to lay opposite and distressed with Vintage Photo. Not sure where the red backing paper came from as I have had it in my stash for a long time.
Hope you like xx
