# Frames

Hello, Back so fast I hear you say.
Looking through the challenges I found this one on frames from Sarah Hurley and it ends today. So without a do I just happen to have a  new card that fits the bill. Here the challenge

Sarah Hurley # 41 Frames

I used my Martha Stewart Punch Around The Page to frame the stamped image from A Whiff Of Joy. She was coloured with Promarkers and the swirls were cut with a Marianne die. Simple but classy I thought.... I left the sentiment open so I can add it when I'm ready.
I hope you like.

# 11 All About The Boys

Hello
Today I have a DT card for our challenge over at Do It With Digis and the theme is All About The boys
The image is from Di's Digi Downloads who is our sponsor this week and I just had to colour him in with the West Ham colours.I kept the layout simple as the background paper is busy enough. The sentiment is a stamp from Personal impressions. Pop on over to the blog and check out what other lovely creations the DT have come up with.

Here come the Boys # 2

Well it's another new day and I have been busy making another new card. It's my oldest son's birthday on the 5th of June so I'm actually early making his card this year!, He He. I saw this challenge over at

Here Come The Boys A Sketch

So I thought while I have a bit of Mojo I will try to get ahead and combine the two and get his card made up. I cut two different colour blue pieces of card up and re-joined them together alternating, we did this on a class I taught in the past. Then I put the card through the Stars Cuttlebug embossing folder. I think you can see it looks quite effective! Of course I then used Promarkers to colour and a little Distress Ink for atmosphere.

I think Perry ( my Son) will like it! and I hope you do too!

Inspired card

Hiya
isn't it a glorious day outside, I just got back from my job in the bakers shop....oh so tempting working around lots of cakes I know!
anyway I thought I would show you this card I have made for a good friend of mine. The Card base was cut from Go Create's largest die and I used the other sizes to cut the layers. For the dark brown layer I drew around the outside of smallest die. Next I embossed one end of the top layer with a Craft Concepts folder and used My Hougie Board to emboss 1/2 " lines at the other to create a diamond pattern. I distressed with Vintage Photo around the edges to create a nostalgic feel.

I cut 3 layers of each size of paper flowers from Joy Craft Dies. I distressed all the pieces before assembling them, you can't quite see but I also added glamour dust to the butterflies for a bit of twinkle.

Gettin Old

Hello
I have been a busy little Bee!, so I thought I would show you one of three cards that I made. I'm so chuffed that I have a little mojo back again. One of my old work friends is going to turn 50 and she doesn't even look it. So I thought this Digi image was just the right one to use and the sentiment was from Sentiments 4 You. I would like to enter it in some challenges.

Mollies Birthday

Hellooooo
Today I have a card that I have made for my little niece who is seven on the saturday 21st of May. Mollie loves Pink, loves anything sparkly and loves their little dog Poppy who looked like this cutie. Sadley the dog has since gone to be with nanny Beryl in heaven, but I think she will love to see a picture of her on her card as she is always talking about her.

Any way I also would like to enter this card into some challenges

Here Come The Boys #1

 Hello everyone,
Today I have a very cute card to show you that I made for my little nephew Harry. I was still in the mood for making acetate cards and I could just see this idea because it reminds me of the little tike!
My  special nephew loves to get up to all sorts of trouble like climbing and swinging and he is a monkey!

As you can see the card base is in blue card and I cut away the front panel and stuck the thicker acetate in it's place, but I did leave a little folded over and cut it the shape of the tree top so I had something to stick the acetate to. I then cut some dark geen card to cover the tape and look like the tree top. The tree trunk was cut and embossed with a cuttlebug folder and I added some lime green card and sponged it to create grass. The boy is of course one of Lily of the Valley's coloured with Pro markers. The daisies were simply punched out and coloured with a yellow pro marker. I cut the number out on my cricut machine.

As you can see I found a cute monkey digi image and coloured and cut him out putting him in the tree because I think he would be great friends with Harry. The Birthday banner was from a papermania stamp set but the words were a Dove Craft stamp set.

All in all I was quite pleased how it turned out. I am entering into
